FOR EVERYONE A GARDEN

Public art installation details

Hanging artwork enhances the architectural character of the Old Ottawa South Community Centre and highlight its new features. The artwork, a free-standing, contemporary relief consisting of 10 punctured and embossed copper panels, is mounted on a tension cable system in the vestibule of the new facility. It is positioned so that it may be viewed from the outside as well as the inside of the building. The permanent installation functions as a light enhancer emphasized by embossed and punctured imagery.
